Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a Pakistan-born Canadian national and close associate of David Coleman Headley, is set to be extradited to India from the US. A Delhi court has convicted former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar of murder in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.
